Yes. Across the suite, changes are cited and reversible and outcomes are measured from your own data. Numbers are never rewritten.
Is my Google Ads / GA4 access read-only?
Yes. We connect Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console with read-only scopes to fetch the data your analysis needs. Nothing in a connected account is changed unless you explicitly enable and approve a write action.
What does "grounded" actually mean?
Every recommendation and chat answer is built from your own stored data via tool results, with the reasoning shown. The AI is never allowed to invent or rewrite a number — if a figure appears, it traces back to a row in your account.
How is my data secured and who can see it?
Connection credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, every tenant is isolated at the database layer, and only aggregates (not raw rows) are sent to the AI layer. We never sell your data or train shared models on it.
How do pricing and credits work?
Each product has its own plan with a monthly credit allowance; plans roll up into one invoice with a shared balance you can top up anytime. The exact total, taxes and currency are shown at checkout — for KSA customers we issue tax invoices toward ZATCA.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the portal whenever you like and keep access through the end of the current billing period. No lock-in, and your published work stays yours.
